1 起式调息 Begin and regulate your breath
2 开阔胸怀 Open your soul
3 飞舞彩虹 Dance with the rainbow
4 轮臂分云 Circle arms, divide the clouds
5 定步倒卷肱 Fixed step, upper arms circle
6 湖心划船 Row the boat to the middle of the lake
7 肩前托球 Hold a ball in front of the shoulder
8 转体望月 Turn towards the full moon
9 转腰推掌 Turn the hips and push the hands
10 马步云手 Horse stance and cloud hands
